Design Campaign for Mental Health Awareness

This design campaign is dedicated to mental health, with a primary focus on individuals in their 20s, a time of rapid transition, self-discovery, and emotional turbulence. However, mental health has no age, gender, or boundary. It is a universal human experience. This kit is created for anyone who relates, who feels, who searches for meaning, and who needs a moment of calm in the chaos of life. After all, it’s the first time living for all of us.

The campaign consists of three main interactive elements, each uniquely designed to support self-reflection, mindfulness, and emotional well-being, packaged together in a fourth component: a carefully illustrated box that visually encapsulates the deeper message of the project.
